Welcome to Taste and See Cupcakes! We're honored you've chosen us to be a small part of your celebration. These Terms & Conditions explain how our ordering process works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of our customers to help ensure every order is a smooth and enjoyable experience. By placing an order through our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Order Changes

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Requests to modify an order, including flavors, quantities, pickup or delivery dates, or design details must be submitted before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Payment

• Payment is required at the time your order is placed.
• We accept approved payment methods available through our online ordering system.

Pickup Orders

• Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the selected pickup window on the selected pickup date. The pick up address will be provided after purchase has been made.
• If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you.

Delivery Orders

• Local delivery is available to eligible service areas within the DFW metroplex. Delivery will only be executed person-to-person within the state of Texas.
• Someone should be available to receive the order during the selected delivery window unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• Once an order has been successfully delivered to the agreed-upon location, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Taste and See Cupcakes is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery has been completed or after the order has been accepted by the customer or designated recipient.
• If no one is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window and alternate arrangements have not been made in advance, the order will be returned to Taste and See Cupcakes. The customer will be responsible for arranging prompt pickup from our business location. Additional delivery attempts may not be available and may incur an additional delivery fee.

Product Information

• Because every cupcake is handcrafted, slight variations in color, piping styles, decorative elements, and appearance are normal and are part of what makes each order unique.
• We strive to ensure every order matches the design, flavor, and quality represented on our website.

Customer Photos

By submitting photographs, inspiration images, or other design references, you represent that you have permission to use those materials. Taste and See Cupcakes is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property claims arising from customer-provided content.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, illness, accidents, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events. If such an event occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate with affected customers and provide available options.

Product Care

• Our cupcakes are made fresh without commercial preservatives and are best enjoyed on the day of pickup or delivery.
• Customers are responsible for proper storage after receiving their order. Taste and See Cupcakes is not responsible for product quality that is affected by improper storage, transportation, or handling after pickup or delivery.

Allergens

Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including, but not limited to:

• Wheat
• Milk
• Eggs
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe food allergies should use their own discretion before purchasing.

Texas Cottage Food Law Notice

Taste and See Cupcakes operates in accordance with the Texas Cottage Food Law. These products were produced in a private residence that is not subject to governmental licensing or inspection.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Because our products are made fresh to order, refunds are generally not available once production has begun.
• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we determine that an order contains a verified quality issue or cannot be fulfilled, we may offer an appropriate refund, replacement, or store credit.
• If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us promptly so we have the opportunity to make it right.

Customer Satisfaction

We genuinely want every customer to enjoy their experience with Taste and See Cupcakes. If something isn't right, please let us know. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve concerns directly and provide excellent customer service.

Prayer Requests

• Customers may voluntarily share prayer requests during checkout or by contacting us.
• Prayer requests are completely optional and will be treated respectfully.
• While we are honored to pray for our customers, submission of a prayer request does not create any obligation or guarantee regarding prayer, responses, or follow-up communication.

• If you choose to receive text messages from Taste and See Cupcakes, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your orders and customer service.
• These messages may include: order confirmations, pickup reminders, delivery notifications, order updates, customer support communications, thank-you messages, and customer feedback requests.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or simply respond to the text.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, logos, branding, designs, and written materials are the property of Taste and See Cupcakes unless otherwise noted and may not be copied or used without permission.

Website Availability & Errors

• We strive to keep our website available and functioning properly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taste and See Cupcakes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
